RETURN & REFUND

Return And Refund Policy

At Shyamali Handicrafts, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Customer satisfaction is of supreme importance to us which is why we take the following measures to give you a smooth purchase experience :

● We provide pictures of the products across multiple angles and often with some common objects kept inside/beside it to give you the best idea of the size and dimensions of the product.

● We also give you a magnified view of the product to ensure you get a good feel of the texture.

● Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

 

Return of Products:

All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. You may initiate the request for the return of the Product if:

● The Product is damaged.

● Both the Product and shipping package have been damaged.

● The Product is defective.

● Parts of the Product or accessory are missing.

● The Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the Shyamali Handicrafts Website.

Note: Returns requests should be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Also, the product should be returned in condition received and, where possible, in its original packaging with all tags attached.

 

Refund of Products:

● Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

● The amount will be refunded in the same manner we have received the payment.

● We do not make any cash refunds.

● Refund will not be provided in case the customer remains unresponsive after the first and/or second failed delivery attempt.

● The amount will be refunded to you within 7-10 (seven to ten) working days depending upon your chosen mode of payment. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take longer to process the refund request.

Note: We reserve the right to reject a refund request for a Product if it does not satisfy the quality conditions specified under this Policy on our assessment pursuant to its return. We may, in such cases, notify you and send the returned Product back without initiating a refund.

 

Damaged and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
