What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There is a fixed shipping charge @ Rs.100 for orders below Rs.1000. There is additional COD charges @Rs.100 of orders below Rs.2000. Free shipping is applicable for all orders above Rs.1000.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Online debit/credit, online bank payment and paytm wallet payment is available. Paytm and Paypal are the available gateways now.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery tracking option is available. All approved orders are dispatched in 2 working days, unless there is shortage in inventory. In case we fail to dispatch within 2 working days, we refund customers immediately. In case of delivery issue, we also refund the whole amount.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All payments are processed through secured payment gateways, where all detailed are kept confidential. We do not share any customer detail with anyone.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will get a confirmation mail once the order is complete. Customer also receives confirmation mail when the product is dispatched and delivered.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive soft copy of order on mail. Also, one copy of invoice is sent along with the order.
